HMT’s heated hoses are all handmade, bench tested, recorded for accuracy and fully warranted against manufacturing defects. They are interchangeable with handguns or automatic guns, wrapped in heavy duty, super tough nylon braiding and come in lengths up to 30 feet.
Hot Melt Handguns
Engineered with the operator in mind.
Our handguns weigh less than 1 1/2 lbs. and are ergonomically designed to enhance operator control and reduce fatigue. Hose entry from the bottom, top or in-line, HMT handguns offer the flexibility to work comfortably in any environment.
Automatic Guns
Single or multi-valve configurations.
We use air-to-open/air-to-close technology for superior on/off control. Coupled with our reduced cavity and needle-in-nozzle designs, these guns are clog-resistant and provide excellent cut-off.
Nozzles
For handguns and automatic guns.
We offer an assortment of interchangeable nozzles for a wide variety of bead, spray, or slot applications. We will work with you to choose the right nozzle for your application … or design one specifically for you.
