Hot Melt Automatic Guns for Assembly and Packaging Applications

Automatic hot melt guns from Hot Melt Technologies (HMT^®) feature air-to-open and air-to-close technology for superior on/off control. They are engineered with reduced cavity needle-in-nozzle technology for enhanced performance and clog-resistant operation.

All needles are turned from one piece of stainless steel for strength and trueness. Each is precision ground to a #8 finish and electro-polished for ultra smoothness. Using glass-filled PTFE seals and viton o-rings, HMT automatic guns valves can be operated at speeds of up to 8,000 cycles per minute.
